⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our visit to the National Gallery of Art was absolutely wonderful. Before even stepping inside, we were struck by the beautiful architecture and the grand columns that make the building so iconic. It is a stunning sight right on the National Mall. The experience inside is just as impressive. The exhibits are set up awesomely, making it easy to navigate through the different galleries. We especially loved the internal gardens and the peaceful fountain areas—they provide such a serene atmosphere to take a break and reflect on the art. Highlights of the visit: Stunning Architecture: The exterior design and the massive columns are a highlight in themselves. Beautiful Indoor Spaces: The garden courts and fountains are incredibly tranquil and well-maintained. Great Curation: The artwork is displayed beautifully, with plenty of space to appreciate each piece. A must-visit for anyone in DC, whether you are a serious art lover or just looking to enjoy one of the most beautiful buildings in the city!
This is my favorite spot whenever I have free time. Especially when I can make it on a week day. No wait. Not too crowdy. It is simply the best. Like all other museums, they close at 5.00 PM. So I cannot wait too long to start my trip. The museum is spacious with tons of artwork. Both classic and modern times. It easily takes you all day. My favorite is the Monet room. I am no art major nor know too much about art. But I just feel instantly at ease looking at his art. The West Wing is truly interesting too. Sone artworks could be controversial but definitely worth checking out. I attach here several interesting pieces but if it is not Okay, please let me know, I’ll take them off. In one visit, we even see an interactive screen for kids to experiment different brush strokes, and recreate renowned artworks with their personal twist. It was really cool.
It's very fantastic and beautiful art gallery. Never think there is a nice museum with contempt arts in America. The monument in the middle of the gallery is so beautiful. There are plenty of spots taking pictures. They have a lot of classic arts and American masterpieces artworks. Free to entry no reservation needed
