This review is a year late but I hope it means something to someone during this holiday season. After 5 years in beautiful San Antonio my wife and I decided to return to our home city of Chicago. We made the decision to move at the end of October with a goal of selling by the end of the year. Sandra was highly recommended by family who had worked with her in the past. We knew selling during the holidays wouldn't be easy but Sandra and her team beat all our expectations. Sandra gave us a thorough market analysis that put us at ease for our listing price. Something other realtors did not provide. Professional listing photos, staging, and top industry marketing were in full effect by the time we officially listed on Thanksgiving weekend! We had multiple offers on the property and Sandra helped us workout the best offer to close quickly and above our initial sale expectations.
