I researched this service thoroughly to make sure they're legit, and they very much are. I sent in 2 drives for data recovery, and they only took several days to dissect and back everything up! The price was very very high as one of the drives had to be literally taken apart at a lab, but that is common for this service no matter where you go. I highly recommend them for computer repairs, data recovery, warrant protection plans, and other problems you may have.

I've dealt with NY Computer Help for over a decade. I'm an old guy and not a techy. (I was the last guy on my block to get a Walkman, CD player and computer; you get the idea.) The folks at NYCH are cordial over the phone, professional with good follow up, and judging from the folks they've sent me, staffed with very competent people. But I think I've captured one who may the best of the bunch: If you can catch Lawrence, you'll be in good hands. He's amazing! His fund of knowledge is awesome, and he intuits solutions like no tech I know. I've worked with him close to a decade and he speaks my pre-digital language.

I am truly impressed with the quality of service and expertise. The helped me with a crashed computer and informed me of the repair. They were knowledgeable & expeditious with solving the issue. On a scale of 1 to 10 they should receive a thousand. I highly would refer anyone I know to them and they are reasonable. Individuals, who post bad reviews do not understand that computers have many quirks and there are unknown issues that pop up. Anyway, thank you guys for helping me.

Came to New York Computer Help to fix my laptop, and was very satisfied! Overall, the service was quick and professional! When I mentioned that I would prefer the laptop repaired faster than the original given estimated time, the staff did not hesitate to help me find solutions to accommodate this. Throughout the repair process, the staff was very helpful and provided updates keeping me informed of the repair progress.
