She always takes her time to explain everything and makes me feel so comfortable during my visits. I truly appreciate her professionalism and her warm personality. I can’t say enough amazing things about this dental office! Walking in, I usually feel anxious about any dental appointment, but this experience was completely different. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed, like I was visiting family rather than a dentist. The dentist herself Dr. Ezinwanne Ejesieme was incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring the entire time. I ended up getting two fillings done, and I was honestly shocked by how comfortable I felt and how quickly everything went. Her knowledge and confidence in her work helped me relax, and her energy is truly unmatched. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in the care she gives. The office itself gives off pure luxury vibes, beautiful, clean, and calming. But what really sets this place apart is how every single person there treats you with kindness, warmth, and real attention. I left feeling grateful and actually looking forward to my next visit, which I never thought I’d say about a dentist! I had my wisdom teeth removed today and I’m so grateful for Dr. Ken and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, the office felt calm, clean, and comforting , which really helped ease my nerves. Dr. Ken was incredibly kind and patient. He explained everything in a way that made me feel safe and reassured, and he truly helped me stay calm through the whole procedure. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their experience. The staff was just as amazing , so friendly, gentle, and attentive. They checked on me often, made sure I was comfortable, and made the whole appointment so much easier than I expected. If you’re nervous about dental work or just want to be treated with kindness and professionalism, I can’t recommend Dr. Ken and his team enough. I’m so thankful for the care I received today.
I had a great experience at North Dallas Smiles! The staff were welcoming and very helpful and showed care through the service. Dr. Ezi did a great job on my teeth! I got a great cleaning. She's professional and has good energy and I love that. The office is a beautiful space that's clean and feels comfortable. I'm recommended N.D.S to family and friends and anyone reading this.
