Excellent service from the initial service request through the repair of our reclining office chair. Sebastian was amazing at troubleshooting the issue, keeping us informed step by step throughout the process. Extremely professional and personable. Best recliner service in Folsom! A+++! Sebastian's work on the recliner portion of our couch was first class. He quickly diagnosed the issue (defective junction box), ordered a replacement for us, and installed it in a flash. Recliner mechanism now works perfect. Highly recommend Sebastian's company (Number2Project Company) for any/all recliner related repairs!
Moved into a new place and ripped some wires out of the couch on the move in , I could not find anyone who repaired power / electronic furniture in my area , Sebastian lives far away and said he could come repair it no problem , BUT it would be cheaper for me if I tried a video repair , I HAVE 0 technological know how ! But it was cheaper so I decided to try it , Sebastian and I spent maybe 30 mins on the phone doing a video repair / replacing the motor on the couch , I got it done , I learned a new skill, I am now a couch expert , and we had a great conversation along the way , highly recommend 10/10

It’s very rare these days to have a completely positive and enjoyable experience when dealing with the service industry. BUT, I’m here to tell you that working with Sebastian was exactly that! He reupholstered a favorite recliner we have had for almost 30 years. It went from drab to FAB! We had an issue with the footrest not staying down and he made an extra trip back (and it is an hour drive for him) to replace the old springs and it is good as new! Then, he reupholstered three stools and just brought them back today. He wasn’t even out of my driveway before I got on here to give him my highest praise! Don’t waste your time looking for someone else. Go with Sebastian! I started down the path with another guy and he turned out to be a complete flake. Never showed, never responded to my calls or texts. So frustrating! Sebastian’s communication is excellent and clear. He is there when he says he will be. He was very committed to our satisfaction. I can’t say enough good about this man and his business practices. He is worth every penny!
