With much thanks to Aron for an amazing outcome. Requested Aron as he had done a great job for me once before. Everything left clean and tidy Love my new taps Very respectful and kind caring young man with all the skills and knowledge to complete a long job on a very hot day. Will be asking for Aron next time I need an experienced plumber .
Gave them a call and was informed that the cost for the plumber would be X$ plus X$ for every 15 minutes. Was not informed that I would need to have an electrician (even though they were told it was an electrical appliance.) At the end of the job I was handed a bill for both an electrician and a plumber so the cost was definitely higher than originally quoted. So just be aware that you need to ask them if job requires 2 trades people that you have to pay for which significantly increases the cost. On a positive note the job was completed in good time and the tradesmen were professional. The five stars are for the tradesmen.
Early last night, as I was watering the garden, the tap handle flew off ( obviously into space since we couldn't find it!). Water was gushing at high volume. The person who took our emergency call was pleasant, efficient and good humoured, and Justin, the plumber who attended, sorted the problem quickly, also in a pleasant, and courteous way. We now have a new tap.
Jack was professional, punctual, and easy to deal with. He explained the issue clearly, fixed it quickly, and the work was done to a high standard. I’d happily recommend him to anyone needing a reliable plumber..
Thank you to the Matt and the Team at Obrien Plumbing/Renovations they were very professional from the first quote, the plumbing team were exceptional during our bathroom renovations. Jack won the heart of our puppy, and their clean-up was brilliant. Thank you to the other tradies who were on time and great with communications also. I would definitely recommend this team for future renos and to family and friends!!
