We visited Olia to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and it was the perfect choice for the occasion. The ambiance is absolutely beautiful, creating a lovely backdrop for a special night out. I was especially impressed by how accommodating they were with the tasting menu. They easily made modifications for my gluten free life, and my sister-in-law's nut allergy, and the substitutions were heavenly. In place of the arancini and one other dish, they served a charred cabbage and a delicious squash/sweet potato dish that was incredible. Even the gluten-free pasta was delicious! We all left with full bellies, expanded waistlines, and feeling blissful!!! A few highlights from our meal: Arancini: These were so good the rest of the group was practically ready to fight each other over the last one! Pollo al Mattone & Potatoes: I have never had potatoes cooked so well. They were perfectly crunchy on the outside and warm and mushy on the inside—just pure deliciousness in carb form. Duck Ragu: This dish was phenomenal and a total table favorite. It's spicy and hearty and was if that place wasn't so fancy I would have licked my plate. Caramelle Pumpkin Pasta: This was incredibly unique—very sweet, almost like a dessert pasta, which the fam really enjoyed. Thank you to the team at Olia for making this milestone birthday celebration so memorable!! I will definitely be coming back to celebrate more milestones!!

Had a group gathering here. Nicer high-end ambience, service was very attentive and prompt. Antipasti was great. The mains were alright - nothing special nor noteworthy. It was worth a try but not sure if I would come again. Pricing is on the higher end.

Everything was wonderful! The waitress was so friendly and kept an eye on our food and drinks, even the water. We tried the beef tartare and ZUCCA & BURRATA, and they were both fantastic. The pasta TAGLIATELLE was delicious, and we had the chicken POLLO AL MATTONE and rib steak BISTECCA 2" thick t-bone, which were cooked perfectly. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

Olia in Edmonton is a great place to eat if you love Italian food. The restaurant feels warm and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is comparable to what we had in Italy. The whipped goat ricotta is my favourtie appetizer. It’s light, creamy, and full of flavour. The Tagliatelle pasta was another favourite. Unfortunately I wasn’t a big fan of the crab and potato raviolini. Everything feels carefully made with high quality ingredients. The only downside is that you can’t bring your own wine and pay a corkage fee, which was disappointing for us because we often like to bring special Italian wines that aren’t available here. Still, Olia is a wonderful spot for a nice night out and definitely worth a visit.

Olia is such a lovely place with incredibly delicious food! The duck ragu is our absolute favorite — definitely the top pasta on the menu, and we order it every time we come. It’s always a pleasure to come back; the atmosphere, service, and food are consistently amazing. Daniel Costa truly does an excellent job with his restaurants. We love this place!
