We had reservations, very small inside but it was cozy, chairs were very comfortable. Our waitress asked what we would like to drink but we ended up moving tables as we were right beside the door. Once we moved, she didnt comeback for about 20min. Since it was our first time, we ordered 4 different things to share, took an hour to get. EVen tho we did ask for an appetizer to start (it came all together) Didn't mind too much as our table mingled. We asked for a lemon drink, out. Asked for another sangria, out. It was 7pm. The funghi pizza was really good, fresh. Pasta was ok. The manager had a friendlier attitude and cleared our plates, the female waitress didn't checkin with how the food was, if we wanted more drinks, nothing. Overall we liked it. I might not go back as for me it was a 40min drive.

Nice little restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The service was fast and efficient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were looking for meat free pizza options, and while the choices were limited to funghi and margherita, they kindly modified the spicy Hawaiian to be meatless for us, which we appreciated. The bruschetta was very tasty four pieces finished with a splash of balsamic vinegar, which added a nice, unique touch. Overall, the food was good, but for the price point, the pizza portions could have been a bit larger. While the experience was enjoyable, the value for portion size felt slightly lacking.

I really liked this cute Italian restaurant, the decor and atmosphere is great and the food was really good. They have a kids special (free pasta, a very generous portion for kids under 8), my son totally devoured it. My husbands pasta was deliciously al dente and my pizza was great, it had a nice thin crust. The service was great.

The restaurant is small, quaint and the service is absolutely astonishing. Kenzie was great. She was attentive, pleasant and the service was fast. We ordered a Caesar salad, 2 pinsas, and the tiramisu. The salad was a decent size portion for 2 people to share. It is tossed in a house made dressing, which was spectacular and topped with prosciutto. It was delicious. The first pinsa was the Lupo. A variety of fresh vegetables and juicy tenderloin beef. The second was the La Bella Vita. Sliced peppers adding a kick while the balsamic glaze drizzled on top of the arugula toned down the heat. The tiramisu was average, it was about as good as most restaurants, I had higher hopes as everything else had set such a high bar. Overall, our visit was fantastic. I wouldn't have asked for better service and the quality of the food was great. I would love to dine with you again soon!

First time at Papa Giuseppe’s. It’s nicely tucked away on a charming little industrial street just off 116th, west of MacEwan. The spot draws you in right away—there’s a cute patio out front and a very clean, nicely done interior. The menu’s small, but everything on it is appealing—and the prices are even better. One sleeve of beer, one pizza, one gnocchi. The pizza had a light, crispy crust and filled me up without being heavy. Toppings were top notch. My lunch mate had the gnocchi and said it was very filling. The gnocchi is handmade, and so are all their pastas. There are three on offer, with one rotating weekly special. But really, when food is this good, you don’t need a huge menu. They know what they’re doing. Feels like the kind of spot that’s going to stick around. Cute street. Cute operation. Glad I finally checked it out.
