When you eat at Olive Garden you know exactly what you're going to get. Reasonably priced food that is always consistent. Comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, and Itallian food that is familiar to most people. The never ending soup, salad and breadsticks make sure if you leave hungry, it's you're own fault. I took my grandson there for lunch today and he ordered the matzarella sticks as a starter. He laughed and said they are ridiculously cheesy!

My daughter and I were out shopping and decided to go to Olive Garden for lunch. It was a little busy when we arrived, but we were seated quickly and the lunch rush was already winding down. The visit started off well. After we received our salad and three breadsticks, our waitress, Amber, stopped by once and asked if we wanted more breadsticks. We told her yes and asked that they be brought out with our main dishes. She said she would get them, but we did not see her again until we were already halfway through our entrées that another server delivered to us. I asked again for the breadsticks, and she said she would go get them. She came by our table two more times without any breadsticks and then told us they were “out of them in the back” (assuming she meant the kitchen). Shortly after that, she finally brought us three more breadsticks. I had also ordered a meal to go from the $6 take-out special. When we finished our meals and went to pay at the kiosk, we noticed the to-go meal was not on the bill. We asked about it, and she said she had forgotten and went to fix it. She then returned and told us the bill was correct and ready to be paid. We paid and then waited approximately 15–20 more minutes for the to-go meal. When she finally came back to our area, the look on her face made it clear she had forgotten again. She told us once more that they were “out of it in the back.” A few minutes later, she brought the to-go meal and said it had been “just made fresh.” However, when she handed it to me, it was frozen, so I guess it was fresh out of the freezer. We were also not given a bag for the to-go order, did not receive mints, and our drinks were never refilled during the entire visit. We were completely out of drinks and resorted to trying to get what hydration we could by sucking on the ice. Overall, the experience was very disappointing due to repeated forgetfulness, poor communication, and lack of basic service.

Family Dinner My husband's Happy Place is the Olive Garden ❤️. We recently indulged his need for piles of pasta. Unfortunately he wasn't aware they were doing the AYCE ahead of time and therefore didn't adequately prepare 😐. We started with the Mozzarella Sticks. Little Guy outdid his cheese pull with every subsequent piece 😆. My husband couldn't resist these or the 2 bowls of Zuppa Toscana which was the beginning of his undoing... Medium sized child got Fettuccine with marinara which needed repeating several times cuz nobody orders it without Alfredo 😬. Mashed potatoes as a side that even I agreed was a bit heavy on the garlic. Little one loves his Raviolis, and I think it's totally amazing you can get a side of pasta next to the main pasta 🙃. He was sooooo happy! I don't really do pasta (I know, come at me) but still ate my weight in Salad (extra olives) and Breadsticks. My husband started with his favorite, Spaghetti and Meatballs, trying the Spicy Meat sauce for the first time. Really liked it but said it became one note fairly quickly. Based on recommendations the Creamy Mushroom sauce was next, topped with Chicken. This was also a winner! We were all Shocked when he so quickly hung in the towel. The childrens were restless and had it been just the 2 of us I have a feeling he would've gone a couple more rounds. Our server Kianna was sooooo slammed but had a great attitude. At least we survived 😂. Originally posted to EAT IT in Lincoln, NE on Facebook. Join us!

The food was great, hot and quick. I would recommend going there as I have never been there before. They offer lots of different Italian foods that don't have tomatoes or red sauce if you want white sauce instead. They also offer many different kinds of bottled beers as well as 3 different beers on tap and many wines and mixed drinks. The soup and breadsticks are very good as well. I will go back.

This place was my go to for celebration but on my birthday we went and the waitress was rude and the salad was even worse the napkins were dirty the salad plates were dirty when I asked the waitress for clean plates she snatched them and when I told her about the tomatoes she left and brought me three slices of tomatoes and they were even worse tried and picked them out was going to wipe my hands but the napkin that had my silverware in it was dirty so I grabbed my husband's napkin started to un fold and it was the same I ask the waitress for the manager she left with attitude I asked a young man to get me a manager and he came to see what was the matter I explained and asked for the check since we had 2 pops and he was eating his soup since they bought it before our salad and he said it was OK to just go and we left with out my birthday lunch thank you for my birthday lunch not happening. The tomatoes are soggy.
