I came to Olive Garden for endless hospitality and instead got a front-row seat to a basketball game I didn’t ask to watch. Our server was so locked in on the TV that my drink sat empty long enough to develop trust issues—especially impressive considering it cost almost $5. At that price, I assumed refills would be included along with a small emotional bond. The 5 cheese marinara was less “cheese” and more “oil spill,” and the Tour of Italy featured noodles so dry I’m convinced they were cooked sometime during the Renaissance and reheated for my table. We waited so long for our food that it finally arrived only after I loudly told my child, “I don’t know where our food is, I don’t have it yet,” which apparently worked better than the server’s attention span. All in all, bad service, bad food, and a great place if you want to hydrate via imagination while watching someone else enjoy a basketball game. Would not recommend—unless you’re a fan of disappointment with a side of grease.

I never review places but felt compelled with the fantastic service I've consistently received here. I know its just a chain, however, the servers have made me feel, at times, like I was at a five star restaurant. For a person with an autoimmune condition, I'm always nervous to order since I have a laundry list of items I cant eat. I mentally prepare myself that I'm going to annoy the server. I've had negative experiences at other places and one time I even cried. The servers at this olive garden don't bat an eye when I ask about cooking oil or separating out the salad fixings so my partner can still have them. They have even gone out of their way to go above and beyond on items I didnt even ask for (shout out to Luke!). I know when I come here, I will be comfortable and not be made to feel ashamed of my condition. Thank you Olive Garden!

Let me start with the waiter. He/she was dressed/groomed quite particularly. My first impression was we are celebrating Halloween all month long. However, that's not the case. He/she was simply itself. Sorry if I'm using wrong pronouns or verbiage but I don't subscribe to this new culture. And I apologize for my posting but I just want to let other people know what to expect. The waiters approach took me off guard because I couldn't understand his/her greeting due to the falsetto voice inflections. Anyway, I had a very shocking experience from the start. Now on to the food. The minestrone soup was great, it actually got me excited for the rest of the meal. One bite of the breadstick set the tone for the rest of the meal, it was terrible. I don't know how you screw up breadsticks but they were bad. They just tasted off, maybe stale, not sure. The spaghetti came and it to tasted horrible. I don't know if it came out of a can and sat around for a week but it sure didn't taste like marinara. Not only did it taste bad, it was very bland. No Italian would have called that spaghetti. I choked it down because I had a long trip ahead of me. The water was great, even though the waiter never came to fill glasses. My wife said her soup was fine but her salad was drenched in dressing. I thought it looked a little extra wet and wilty looking. My friend whom we took out for dinner said his meal was satisfactory but nothing to get excited about. My friend took a meal to go for his wife and if I know Bonny, she probably threw it away if it wasn't all that good. She is a fantastic cook so she doesn't do mediocrity. You have to watch the menu carefully because I didn't know I would be paying $5 for a few pieces of broccoli with my spamghetti. When I looked at the receipt I was shocked to see the extra charge. Just another jab at me for putting up with a poor meal. Over $90 down the tubes. Needless to say, we can cross Olive Garden off our list of places to dine at.

We literally live 900 miles away in a community that has one restaurant. We drove all the way here for an appointment & arrived at 3PM - upon ordering I was told they were out of Zupa Toscana soup.... keep in mind it's right before dinner service.... We asked for paper napkins, never got them. The bread sticks were burned & hard as a rock. We never got refills til served with the bill and they were in To-go cups. And we didn't notice til later but apparently they were also out of chocolate mints!? Then she had the nerve to tell us where the other OG's are so I could get soup... as if that's how it works. Not good at all & I'll remember this visit next time I'm in town & skip it all together.

Ok so normally I'm not into chain restaurants but honestly this place is great. I was dining during lunch and by myself. I got a table right away and my server was super attentive. Bread sticks were hot and of course my salad was delicious. I had the lunch special cheese ravioli with meat sauce. To drink I had the berry sangria. All my food and drinks were delicious. I don't know if this is just a location thing but honestly I'm definitely impressed. Also my server is an absolute delight.
