This location used to be good but this is our last visit here. All the fruit looked disgusting. All the toppings looked messy and mixed. Half of the yogurts were watery. My son tried to put mango in his and he said it tasted gross. I put chocolate syrup on mine and it tasted like powder and it was grainy. Not worth it especially for the price. Do NOT come here.
I never review bad unless well deserved. This place is not like the other Orange Leafs. They don’t accept gift cards. They don’t use the Orange Leaf Rewards system (what’s with that!?). And the worst of all… the Classic Tart which is the only reason I come here… Is different! Not even close to the flavor. This place should not be named Orange Leaf.
Went in this morning and the staff and the staff was super sweet. Even though it was a little busy she still offered us samples. The store was also kept clean and none of the toppings were mixed together.
This location was extremely dirty, the topping station were mixed with other toppings and had random pieces of chocolates/sweets everywhere. The frozen yogurt station was dirty and there was wet yogurt everywhere. They had no sampling cups available and no waffle cones available either. The employee ignored me when I greeted them hello and proceeded to ask for a tip after weighing my yogurt. This location needs to hire more employees.
Bad flavor made us sick. We came in and got 4 cups of yogurt. 3 of the 4 had 1 same common flavor, birthday cake. It tasted sour and spoiled. We called and they blew us off. "Nope, everything is fine, nobody else said anything. We tasted it and it's normal to us" is what was explained to us when we called after taking a few bites. We took it home to eat. We were not even there. They totally blew us off. Birthday cake flavor tasted like sour milk, spoiled eggs. Horrible taste. I wasn't looking for my money back or anything free. I basically just wanted I'm sorry or some kind of accountability. Nothing. Well, we will just never go back to Orange Leaf. We used to go at least 1 or 2 times a month. Not anymore. Lost a customer (family of 4).
