Colin was extremely helpful and assisted us when our RV was involved in an accident. His knowledge and hard work were really appreciated and the service was fantastic! He kept us informed during the repair and our RV was ready in no time! The service was performed quickly and was a job well done. He worked with our insurance well and we are extremely pleased!
Colin and his brother are amazing. I worked with Colin mostly on our electrical and solar issue that needed attention on our campervan build, 2019 Ram Promaster 3500. Colin was upfront and detailed on what needed to be done after he looked at our campervan, the quote he provided was reasonably priced, very much appreciated. Thank you, again, so much and if you have any questions on your RV, van build, etc., they're definitely the place to go.
Kyle was awesome to work with! One of our restroom trailers AC stopped blowing inside the trailer but the AC up top was running. Kyle diagnosed it and found that a few things wrong with it and we had it back pretty quick. I really like that they text also. It makes it more convenient! Thank you Kyle and Overland team for getting us fixed up!
Overland RV Services in Georgetown has definitely earned my trust doing maintenance on my RV and just recently installation of Flat Tow package on my 2019 RAM 1500 so I can haul my truck with my RV when we go travelling. Collin has provided exceptional service, is very professional in always willing to explain in details services performed and extremely friendly/ respectful. Colin did an amazing job with our pop up camper! He was friendly, thorough and so helpful time and again. We started with an axle flip and ended up having our water system sanitized, upgraded and the heater switch repaired. I really like that Colin didn’t recommend unneeded repairs or charge us for things that weren’t broken. He helped us troubleshoot an unrelated lug and tire issue a week later. I will be back for future camper needs!
