Markus helped us purchase our first home back in 2018, so when it came time to sell, there was no question who we’d call. He was the first person we thought of, without hesitation. Here’s the fun part: We listed our home in May 2024 during a tricky market. Interest rates were rising, buyer demand was slowing, and we were up against a tight timeline due to tax considerations (thanks to the 2-out-of-5-year rule on rental properties).
