It was..okay...The hospitality of everyone was appreciated. However, I honestly expected a lot more. To be fair, I have been on a couple dinner cruises. But for roughly 100 per person, I honestly expected Lousiana food. And to have some room temperature baked chicken and mashed potatoes felt like a rip off. Even the gumbo was lacking that Lousiana flavor. I may have looked the other way if the music was good....but the jazz music was anything but exciting. The instruments were fine but the singer was mediocre at best. The lyrics honestly sounded like parodies of other songs or observations he was making as we cruised on around the Mississippi. Unfortunately underwhelming. Beautiful ship. Lots of potential. But unfortunately my experience was below par.

We did the dinner cruise. Its what you'd expect from river dinner cruise. Dinner was buffet style with local cuisine. Food was good. Dinner came with tea, water, or coffee. There is a bar for soda or alcohol. The cruise included music from a live band. There is a photographer just before you get on the boat and you have the opportunity to purchase them during the cruise

Starting our night out with the dinner portion buffet, which had a great deal of selections of Creole dining along with a few drinks our experience was enhanced with a great staff. Once the paddle wheel started turning the adventure along the Mississippi River began to take place, with the soothing jazz music setting the mood for a romantic drift down the river. The reflection of the city lights off the river is a sight to behold & the memories of the Creole Queen is one to be remembered

We had an excellent boat tour experience with an amazing jazz band and great views of New Orleans. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting NOLA for the first time.

Very nice riverboat tour. Very knowledgeable historical guide. Very interactive & friendly. Enjoyed the ride on the river & the walking tour of the “Battle of New Orleans.” Highly recommend, especially if you like history.
