I have been working with Dr Joly at Palmercare for the past couple of months. I am a very active runner and was experiencing moderate low back and glute pain while marathon training. While I know the importance of proper strength training and stretching routines for runners I felt I could not have made the progress I did without my adjustments from Dr Joly. She took great care listening to how I felt - I had always felt “uneven” with specific strength differences between the left/right sides of my body. The adjustments gave me the chance to strengthen and correct my movement patterns and she also recommended specific exercises for the things I was feeling. I highly recommend Palmercare, the entire office team is very professional and attentive.

Dr. Ashley and her team are always warm, welcoming, and very professional. Dr. Ashley is incredibly knowledgeable, and always explains what she is doing. I've always felt comfortable in her care. (For pregnant women out there, Dr. Ashley has provided excellent and knowledgeable prenatal chiropractic care through two of my pregnancies; I could not imagine going through my pregnancies without her.) While I have seen a chiropractor for many years, I think she would be excellent with someone who is new to chiropractic medicine. Additionally, it feels like a breath of fresh air to meet a team with good customer service: each member answers the phone with his/her name, they have learned my name, they engage in conversation when I'm waiting to be seen/adjusted. Very, very special place. HIGHLY recommend. This team is doing it right! The 21st century needs more teams who care for their clients this way: they're personable, professional, and genuine.

I came into contact with Palmercare Chiropractic after 3 months of acupuncture and intermittent physical therapy did not cure the dull throbbing pain in my lower back. I would have to wake up 30 minutes earlier to let my body "settle" into sitting, otherwise, intense and sharp pain would immobilize me. But what pushed me to seek serious help? Well, picture this: a single girl in the city, struggling to lotion her legs. A girl cannot walk around with ashy ankles! I was in desperate need of a fix. Palmercare Chiropractic is top tier! The space is light, bright, and airy. The friendly staff seamlessly work together as a team: Within minutes of arrival, Bree and Taylor at the front desk greet me with a smile, hand me my card, check on my weekend, and remind me of my next appointment. Then the chiropractic assistants — Marlon, Eric, and Aiyana — make sure I'm as comfortable as a cloud before we begin the warm-up exercises. They spot-check my form like personal trainers and offer tips to survive the next round. As for the chiropractors, Shakespeare's famous words come to mind when I think of Dr. Joly: “Though she be but little, she is fierce!” She listens to my vision for a pain-free life and suggests stretches, exercises, and tips to get me there. She also takes the time to explain every move she makes, so I know exactly how to tell if I’m feeling the right kind of relief. In just 3.5 weeks, I went from barely being able to sit down during my intake to being able to bend, pick up dropped items, and even sit and enjoy brunch with friends without wincing! Now, I can walk around and sightsee with my visiting family without needing an emergency back rub every 20 minutes. What sets this team apart is how they work together. If I ask Aiyana a question, Eric will swoop in like a knowledge superhero and answer it before I can even blink. If I have a billing question, Bree and Taylor have me covered, or Dr. Joly will chime at the end of the session. Even their digital presence is top-notch — if you text them, they respond quickly and efficiently, like the professionals they are. I rescheduled an appointment at the last minute, and Dr. Ashley was just as excellent as Dr. Joly. She listened, answered my questions, and made me feel heard—like I didn’t have to explain anything twice. You can genuinely tell that this team loves what they do. TL;DR: Your girl is no longer walking around with ashy ankles, all thanks to the wonderful, professional, and highly skilled team at Palmercare Chiropractic. 5/5 HIGHLY recommend!

This practice stands out as truly exceptional and it’s right by Farragut north metro. The staff's attentiveness is remarkable (front desk is amazing as well and I love how we can text to change our appointment times), and Ayanna, in particular, has become my trusted technician for additional services post the body popping! Dr. Joly's dedication to patient care is equally impressive. I’ll be 100% transparent, the thought of coming here had me scared….realigning my body and popping my bones —-runs away! She patiently addresses all my questions, no matter how repetitive I am in changing the question around lol, and her accessibility is refreshing in this speciality. I've already recommended her to my friends!
