This gym is gorgeous. Has all the equipment you could ever dream of. I feel as if it’s a hidden gem!! They also have a dry sauna in the women’s room & a great support staff.
Top-notch! The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, they have everything you need, from high-quality machines (Arsenal / Rogue) to free weights, heavy kettlebells (my favorite up to 123lbs KB’s) and functional training areas. Brian and Kelly have put together an amazing staff and trainers who are knowledgeable, approachable, and always ready to help. If you’re looking for a gym that combines great equipment, expert guidance, and an encouraging community, Paradigm Highland Park is your place! Highly recommend!

The owners are highly involved in the daily operations, maintenance, and member engagement, ensuring a welcoming environment. The facility is both aesthetically pleasing and functional, with every piece of equipment carefully selected to accommodate various training styles. Additionally, it offers fantastic amenities, including two types of saunas, a recovery area, and beautiful shower rooms. Hygiene is a top priority, with the staff consistently cleaning and maintaining the space. Finally, you can take advantage of group classes, personal training options, and a respectful member community.
Stellar facility with a highly experienced staff. Upon entering the gym, it’s obvious the owners tailored each facet of the space with experiential intent. Specifically, I admire the deliberate placement of the machines, mirrors, lighting, and other equipment. I, like many, think the details are what matters most. Another thing I appreciate is their highly informative website, because a lot of gyms don’t provide nearly as much information or photography. This team clearly has a robust physical and digital presence, which made it an easy choice to join. I’d highly recommend others do the same.
The staff is super friendly and always willing to help, whether you’re new to fitness or a regular. The equipment is top-notch, and there’s plenty of space. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to level up their fitness!
