Lisa is amazing to work with! Every time I need something she has tons of ideas on what works best. You can definitely tell she’s a pro! Party Reflections has such a wide variety of products and styles, so clients love working with them!
We rented charges, dinner plates, dessert plates, silverware, napkins, and water goblets from Party Reflections for our wedding last weekend. Natashia was super friendly and did not hesitate to assist me when I needed to change our order more than once. Picking up our order and dropping it off was seamless. The items themselves were beautiful and much higher quality than I expected! They had everything we needed and we were very happy with our rentals!
Awful customer service. Tried to keep money for a “non-refundable” deposit that I never agreed to. One of the speakers brought to my wedding was broken. Had to make three trips. Would not recommend.
This is my second time using this company and I have nothing but great things to say. Prices are reasonable, and the customer service/attention to detail is unbeatable. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Natashia, and her thoroughness and kindness alone will keep me coming back as a customer!
We used party reflections for our September wedding due to an exclusive contract with our venue. Their items were all beautiful and delivered on time, albeit very overpriced when compared with Creative Solutions, another local vendor. Customer service left something to be desired. We were going to use them for our rehearsal dinner. After we sent the deposit (>$1000), we were informed they could not pick up the items until 3 days after the rehearsal dinner. We expressed that this wouldn’t be allowed by our venue, but while awaiting a response, the check was cashed. When we asked for a refund, they told us they COULD pick it up the day after the party…for a fee of $750. Ultimately they declined our request for a refund, and we lost this $1000+ to Party Reflections, despite spending thousands on materials for our wedding the next day. I understand that our schedules weren’t compatible, however this happened over a period of about 2 days, and refusal to refund seemed pretty unnecessary as no services were rendered. My mother in law even requested that they keep some of the deposit to compensate for the labor involved in getting the proposal together. I will say that, despite this loss, we still SAVED money by switching to Creative Solutions for the rehearsal dinner. This is the run-of-the-mill greed/mark-up you hear about when people air their grievances with the wedding industry. In short: nice stuff, timely delivery, overpriced, greedy
