My dog has been here quite a few times. However we recently boarded him here for 12 days and he came home with 3 KG weight loss (10% of his body weight). His ribs and spine were visible, which was very distressing. When I asked for an explanation, there were no records or notes kept about his eating, behaviour, or health during his stay. For a facility charging $60 per day, I expect basic monitoring and communication. No play time with other dogs or staff is given, unless paid for! In addition, not a single photo or update was provided throughout his stay, which most kennels and sitters routinely offer these days. I left feeling very disappointed, and I worry about the level of care being provided when transparency is lacking. Pet owners should be able to trust that their dogs are safe, supervised, and properly cared for. Unfortunately I can’t say that was our experience.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR PETS HERE This morning I picked up my dog after having to leave him at this place for two weeks for work. He has lost a SIGNIFICANT amount of weight and is covered in scabs and wounds. This place is dangerous for your pets. Please do not use this place. Photos attached for before and after

Absolute rip off they, the staff did a good job of looking after our two small dogs Valentino & Rossi in late March at late notice. We dropped them off at 4.30pm on Saturday they were kennell together no problems we picked them up on the Sunday morning at 9 am. Still no problems till we got the bill apparently that is two days so we were charged $200. Management slowly replied stating we were wrong to assume it was one night. Then silence in our follow ups. They are thieves not happy at all.

Our 2 year old dashound Ruby stays at Paws a While regularly both in daycare and when we are on holidays. She has separation anxiety and will not stay home alone EVER although being sociable with both adults and fellow pooches. But she loves Lynette and Brenda and although doesn't like us to leave her she is happy enough to stay with them. The staff are amazing the kennels are very clean and comfortable and the play areas are securely fenced for our special fur babies. Thanks to Brenda and her great team we can leave our Ruby in safe hands.
