I came to Peacock Jewelers looking to buy an engagement ring. Ian was very helpful with figuring out what kind of ring I was looking for, answering every question I had along the way. We decided to go the design route, which is where Joey stepped in. His design suggestions and knowledge regarding all things engagement rings helped to create a beautiful ring that my fiancée loves! Overall, I highly recommend Peacock Jewelers. The staff are friendly and their customer service was great. There was also clear communication with the design process and the financials.
I know close to nothing about jewelry. I came in here to get my watch resized on a whim. Was pleasantly surprised to find friendly, great people running the store with a solid sense of humor. And generally, if somebody’s got a good sense of humor, you can trust them. The reason I’m leaving a review is I accidentally left my watch links that they took out and less than five minutes after me leaving the store they actually texted me to let me know that I left them there. And that made an impression. So I’m just paying it back. I would 10 out of 10 come here first if I ever had an inkling to buy jewelry. Thanks guys

Peacock Jewels was recommended to me for jewelry repair. I had my grandmothers 1950’s Claddagh ring that needed the prongs replaced and I wanted to make sure I was leaving it in good hands. From the customer service to the repair service itself my experience was 5 stars. Everyone was so nice and attentive. They were transparent on price and time. The quoted me the best price out of the three local repair shops in Nashville. The welder came out to talk to me about exactly what needed to be done and was very thorough! I will be recommending them to anyone in need of Jewelry or Jewelry repair. Thanks again!
My ring was in need of some tlc and this place did an amazing job. They were completely transparent start to finish and everyone was incredibly helpful and polite. Miss Laura is amazing and a joy to chat with. I’m also quite impressed how fast they were able to get my piece finished in one day and the ring looks new again. Incredible. Great job guys :-)
