Brought my cat for a suspected ring worm infection and they didn’t bother to do a real lab test, just flash a light over her and added $13 for that, it wasn’t even included on the test. They over CHARGED me extra on top of the $80 visit. They had extra fees just for a visual exam and some random materials and paid too much for so little attention. Charged $120 for nothing. I am never ever going to another petco again. Her hair is falling out and they said it’s fine, she is throwing up and they said it’s fine 🙄 . I’m going to a real doctor that actually cares and doesn’t want to milk people dry for money
This was Cinna 1st time getting groomed at Petco. She was calm and relaxed when I picked her up.
I don't like that you can't take the carts out to the parking lot. (The have the long stick on top so it can't leave this store.) I was going to buy a dog kennel with a large bag of dog food but only for the kennel as that was a lot for me to carry on my own). This would really suck if you were elderly or disabled.
I came by this location on Saturday and noticed that this Quaker was not in good shape. His poop was very watery and it appeared like stool was all in his water bowl. The parrot did not look well at all. He was fluffed up and didn’t seem bothered at all by me walking up and trying to get his attention. This bird needs care ASAP! I was beyond disappointed that he is even up for sale in this state.
This Petco has a lot of gerbils. We got our sweet gerbil here and he became a part of our family. He’s very curious and kind, he doesn’t bite. He likes to chew paper towel rolls a lot. Highly recommend to get a gerbil there.
