Went there this afternoon and my husband made a joke with one of the employees and the little girl employee looked and him and walked off to not even hear what he said and then to run to the manager to say we were being mean to her and for the manager to find us in the store to say do you need anything? Speak nicely to my employees. When nothing rude was said, the girl just didn’t hear the joke. What a snowflake employee. Rudely walked off. We won’t be back to this location . Grow a spine
The whole outside of the store is COVERED in puddles of dog pee. How nasty. You can’t even walk into the without stepping in dog pee. It’s clear they do not wash their storefront. Why would I want to shop in a dirty, unsanitary, store? Hook up a hose and assign someone to wash up daily, please! Do better.
Not always, but when you look for assistance, staff usually help fairly quickly. Compared to Peco, their selection of items doesn’t feel lacking
Happy Mother's Day, my boyfriend said. And you are now my 1st baby momma! Me: Bruh, wth! My kids are young adults. What are you talking about? And he pops out a 9wk old puppy. 🐶 now we are all debating on a name. He said "Cocaine" Me: Grits woke up the next day he said ok, the name is "Nugget," and we took him to get his 1st haircut and bath. The employees at Pet Smart are great. Kayla in Grooming got "Nugget" looking so different, soft and cute.
Absolutely horrible service. The groomer was named Lauren. If I could give this zero stars, I would. I took my Pomeranian shih tzu mix there to be groomed and told them to give him a light trim, an when I got him back, he was shaved so short he looked like chihuahua or something! She even nicked his leg, you can see it in one of the photos I've included! This was a week ago and the dog is STILL traumatized, not acting like himself, and my wife and I are furious because his hair may never grow back, and even if it does it may grow back patchy, crooked and uneven. Lauren either did not listen to what we asked her to do or did not care. The amount of emotional distress this has caused me, and more importantly my wife, cannot be understated, or indeed, accurately conveyed in words. Do not spend your money here. Do not get your pet groomed here.
