I have had to use Phil Long services several times, unfortunately, and have never once been disappointed. I have been involved in three not-at-fault accidents in the last year, and Phil Long helped me through all of those. The front desk lady, McKayla, is my favorite person there! She is always so warm and kind and always make sure to remind me that there is coffee and bagels and other snacks! She was also very communicative! Even my technicians were also maybe communicative and time and did an amazing job on my car! (The other two ended up totaled 🥺)
After experiencing damage to my automobile Due to encountering debris on the highway in an isolated section of I 25 in rural New Mexico, my insurance agency connected me with Phil Long Collision Of Colorado Springs, CO. They set up temporary repairs, which enabled me to travel back home at the end of a couple of days of business in New Mexico. Through all the repair process, including unavailable parts, three supplemental claims due to newly discovered damage, the repair team Numerous challenges, performed excellent work, and delivered my car on time. Repairs required that several front, side, and rear panels and supporting parts be refurbished or replaced. Majority of the car had to be repainted and color matched. My two-year-old Toyota is like new. I am very satisfied!
