We love Katrina at Phillyfloof.. we even followed her there and I know others have as well. She takes care of our little senior dog Murphy so well and you can tell she enjoys your job! Its way more affordable as well than the other places we have been to.

10/10 Experience! We are so grateful for the amazing team at Philly Floof Grooming! Our dog Doc is usually very nervous about grooming, but they took such incredible time and care to make him comfortable throughout the whole process. You can really tell they love what they do and genuinely care about each pup who comes through their doors. Doc’s haircut looks absolutely perfect — clean, even, and just adorable! We couldn’t be happier with how he looks and how relaxed he seemed afterward. Thank you, Philly Floof, for treating our anxious boy with such kindness and patience. We’ll definitely be back! 💕🐾

They are insanely expensive, I chose this place because of the great reviews but I’m charged almost 100 bucks for my tiny dog’s grooming. I’ve never paid more than 70 and then they charge 15 dollars for every 30 minutes once they send you a text. I’m supposed to just be on my phone staring at it and rushing out the door the second I receive a notification just to avoid even more fees. I don’t even get to see my dog before they ask for a 15 percent tip minimum. I’m paying double than I normally do for what?! He’s cute but it was nothing so spectacular that it was worth it. Edit: they didn’t even cut parts of him evenly like his paws. I asked for his face to be round, it’s not. I asked for his ears to be short, they’re like double the size of his face. Didn’t even cut his nails properly which is pretty much the whole reason I get him groomed so regularly. Never ever going here again. Save your money and go somewhere that will actually do something. Another edit: OH MY GOD I found out they didn’t even cut all of nails, I thought they just didn’t cut them short enough, they just didn’t cut some of them. The owner reached out and offered to fix the damage but I work everyday and I’m a student who relies on others transportation to get there because I don’t have a drivers license. I am so dissatisfied and dissapointed because now I have to find another groomer to fix the mess of his nails and wait for all his baldness to grow out so I can get him properly groomed by people who aren’t going to just shave half his stomach and not trim his ears. Again, a hundred dollars for nothing, I want my money back at this point if they can’t even cut his nails.

I have been bringing my dog Bello here for his grooming for over a year now and have always been very happy with the service and staff who work on him. They take their time and work with me to keep him calm through the process. He can be a challenge with his anxieties to grooming. I am grateful to have found a great place I can count on for his grooming needs and my piece of mind in the process.

They were amazing! We took our 3 year old golden retriever there to get trimmed up after having never been groomed before. They did a great job and he is so much lighter, cleaner, and far less scruffy looking. Owner was extremely nice and accommodating. They got him in for an appointment quickly.
