I went to TeleChoice to replace the screen on my iPhone 13 Pro because it stopped working. Sara, the staff member who helped me, was very kind and took the time to explain and recommend different options. She told me it would take about 20 minutes, and when I came back, I was lucky that all she had to do was disconnect and reconnect the screen, and it started working again. She didn’t charge me anything, even though she could have easily replaced the screen without telling me. Thank you very much for such honest work and great customer service.
It is honestly so hard to find a phone repair business that is trustworthy and genuine and phones rus is this! I've dealt with the whole team there but in particular Sara, who has been a tech Angel for me numerous times. She's patient, fast, competent, kind and makes you feel super relaxed as you navigate any tech issues with her that you may be encountering. Grateful and highly highly recommend phones r us and Sara for a personable, human centred, professional experience.
They were quite friendly, but without even checking properly, they said, "It's a battery issue; we can't fix it here." Another shop thoroughly investigated it, offered several suggestions, and fixed it properly. Incidentally, it wasn't a battery issue at all.
Thank you to the talented Sarah!! Saved the day fixing my phone & I had forgotten all my passwords so really needed up and running again 🙏 Sarah was super friendly, efficient and the cost was very affordable
