i got my phone screen repaired today and received the most amazing service, so so kind and helpful. gave me great advice and the cheapest option. very very affordable prices. highly recommend. very quick service. super super lovely man thank you so much
My son had a cracked back of his phone and I bought it in to have it replaced. The phone was checked prior to the repair and found to be fully functional. After the repair the camera did not work and then they told me I needed to change the battery. The phone camera still does not work. They refuse to refund my money and refused to fix the camera. I suggest you be very wary in dealing with these people. The guarantee that they offer is meaningless and regardless of that in a case of negligence or faulty workmanship they should have at the very least fixed the phone that they damaged. For the record, they have accepted that the Phone camera now does not work. The ACCC have been informed. I’ve already emailed that email address with no reply and I’ve been into the shop on three separate occasions. On the last occasion I witnessed A discussion which was held in front of me in an Asian language which ended in me being told she had spoken to the district manager and under no circumstance would they pay for a fix or a refund. They were adamant and I said are you sure you want to do that and they said yes. I was then told to go away. Your service was appalling and I have been down all the pathways to try and resolve this. So it was nice as your reply seems that is not the experience I had when I’m multiple occasions I asked to have a remedy to this problem. Check your emails because I’ve already emailed you about this. You just haven’t answer.
