After 17 years in Parker, I have driven past this business hundreds of times, and had never stopped to experience it. This week I went to pick up a Christmas tree that had been very generously given to my mother, and in stepping into the shop/offices, was delightfully greeted amd helped with not only picking out, but trimming amd loading the tree into my vehicle. I went into the shop, which had the best decor and items for Colorado Christmas, and purchased some ornaments that were high quality treasures that will be part of my tree decorating for years to come. This will be a new tradition for me at Christmas now, and I am excited to see what other seasons and experiences they have to offer throughout the year
Lovely nursery, poor service. I am an African American CO native who recently moved to Parker. My 6yr old daughter and I were excited to visit a local nursery. They have a beautiful selection of plants but we were not greeted at all. We showed ourselves around the entire nursery crossing paths with several employees and not a single hello. An older employee passed by and I kindly said hello, he ignored us and walked right on by. I watched as others were catered to and welcomed. My daughter even made a comment of, "mommy, how come no one has said hi to us?" 😟 At this point I decided to leave without making any purchases. I hope you guys can learn from this review and treat all guests equally. We were fortunate enough to have another customer tell us about the plants we were by and express so much kindness. I can't help but think she saw what I did.
We just had a tree delivered and planted and the 3 guys who did it were amazing - tree was in a bed with mulch, etc and it looked better after they planted the tree than all of my landscaping. They took great care in making sure it looked perfect and I could not have been more pleased with the work they did. Wish I’d have gotten the names of the three guys who did the work so I could recognize them personally! 2:30 planting on Blackwell Way on October 17th!
