My wife and I joined the RheuFit family two years ago. This place is not your average gym and the trainers are not your average trainers. Tell them your goals and get ready to work! You will exceed every goal and I guarantee it!! My grandson came up for two weeks and I set up some sessions for him and all he say is, “I miss training with Mr. Rheu.” All genders, ages, and kids attend RheuFit. I love it, my wife love it and I know you will too! Buckle up buttercup and get ready to work!!
Since joining Rheufit gym, my mindset towards fitness has improved, and I’ve been much more consistent with my workout routine. The trainers are great at motivating you to reach your full potential. I've noticed positive changes in my body all within the last 3 months, and I’m loving the results! This gym is always clean and well-maintained, while offering washcloths for sweat and water available if you need it. The other members are all friendly and determined which makes it an easy workout environment for me. If you’re looking for a personal trainer to help reach your workout goals, Rheufit is the place to be!
The workouts are fun, challenging, and designed to help people achieve their goals together. The trainers are motivating, and people see real progress. It's also a supportive environment with a great family business. Highly recommend if you're serious about getting results! #ItsHardButItsFair
There is no gym like RheuFit!!! Dion and Shanita are absolutely amazing and probably MORE committed to your goals than you are! After my last trainer moved out of the area it took me years to find another trainer that could work with my schedule, push me harder than I will ever push myself, and make the work out enjoyable and AFFORDABLE enough that I'm committed to sticking with it! Two years later, I'm still at it, my body looks AMAZING, and I love the looks that I get when I effortlessly lift something that I don't look like I should be able to at 5'0!!!💯🙌🏽💃🏽🤣 Dion even recently agreed to work with my three-year-old son who is too young for sports, but is already developing incredible fitness habits and loves coming to work out with Mr. Dion! They warn you ahead of time in big bold letters on the floor that IT'S HARD BUT IT'S FAIR... what they left out is that it's a lot of fun and totally worth it!!! No matter your starting point, RheuFit will get you exactly where you need to be!
Some of the best trainers in the 757! Reaching your fitness goals is their top priority!! The one on one sessions are hard!! But they get you right. The classes give you a good workout and are fun! They also have meal prep services to help you get your eating habits together! If you have child athletes, Dion is the man to help them get to the next level!
