I worked out with the folks at Podaima Performance for just over a year, and it changed my life. In that time, with the assistance of Blaine and his team, I lost 60 lbs., gained a great deal of strength, and completed my first half marathon, which was a bucket list goal for me. If you are looking to work out in a safe, encouraging space, with a team that will help you to address any limitations you may have, this is the place to do it.
I have been a member at this amazing gym for over 2 years now. Blaine and the team worked with me to get the proper workout program to work with my changing schedule. Blaine has worked unbelievable hard to make sure the members have the best equipment, best trainers, the cleanest gym you have ever seen and the best experience possible. The trainers push you in the most encouraging/safest way possible. The team also teaches you new workouts all the time and are always happy helping answering any questions. I gave birth 9 months ago and went from 134 lbs to 190 lbs. I managed to lose 30 lbs shortly after delivery, but then I plateaued at 160 lbs—and slowly crept back up to 165 lbs. My initial visit was spot on. Blaine had a look at me, said we’d target 80% effort, and 45 minutes later, he and his team were spot on. I was ready to call myself old and out of shape. The Podaima team would have none of that, and are in the process of carefully working around my injuries to get maximum performance without wearing me out. I highly recommend you experience the Podaima Precision for the first time, and encourage you to try and put in 100% every time — you will definitely get back what you put in.
Back in September we joined Podaima Performance. We had to cancel our winter plans due to difficulties getting travel insurance due to my pending medical procedure. Catherine, my wiser half, suggested that we use this opportunity to get fit. She found the gym online and we had no idea what a brilliant choice we were making at that time. I have lost 22 pounds in 10 weeks following Blaine’s program of resistance training and carb free dieting. We actually look forward to our twice weekly workouts at Blaine’s spotlessly clean and never crowded gym (never more than 4 people working out). Guided by the gym’s expert trainers we have come a long way in a relatively short time frame. This is life changing stuff.
