The intake process was friendly and professional, with a thorough review of my medical history and clear answers to all of my questions. Required documents were sent and completed electronically, which made the process efficient and convenient. The pre-procedure appointment was informative and reassuring. The provider took the time to explain everything in detail and clearly cared about her specialty. The procedure itself went smoothly—I was seen on time, finished on time, and the staff were consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. It was evident that the team works well together, which speaks to strong leadership and management. While the post-operative instructions did not fully reflect my specific situation, staff were easily accessible and responsive in answering my individualized questions. My recovery progressed exactly as explained, and follow-up communication and appointments were thorough and reassuring. Although the cost may be prohibitive for some, it reflects the quality of care provided. Overall, this experience reinforces the idea that you truly get what you pay for.
I had my upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Esmail and I am now two months post op. I am so happy with my results. I feel lighter, more awake, and I no longer hit that tired wall at six in the evening. I was nervous at first because anything near the eyes feels scary, but the procedure was quick and much easier than I expected. Dr. Esmail even asked what music I wanted in the operating room, and it honestly made me happy. He put on Burna Boy and I had a little moment thinking who knew a surgeon would let you jam out before a procedure. Healing was smooth and I feel much more comfortable now. Janessa and Emily, the front desk coordinators, always greet me by name. It means a lot to me because many places I visit often don’t remember me. Their warm approach shows real care and gives the clinic a personal touch. I also love getting injected by Shafroz. She is outgoing, she listens to my concerns, and she is honest in her feedback. She always puts me at ease and makes the whole experience feel comfortable. I am excited about the new memberships they launched. The whole team makes every visit feel positive from start to finish.
I highly recommend Visage. Dr. Esmail and all his staff are great! Everyone was extremely kind and you can tell they take great pride in their jobs. Not only was my experience great my results are even better. I am so happy with my rhinoplasty both visually and functionally (and it’s only been a week). The recovery process was extremely smooth and easy. I was able to work from home the day after surgery. Highly recommend!
I'm a 47 year old female and I had a rhinoplasty and lower facelift with Dr. Ali Esmail at Visage Clinic, one year ago today!!!! and he did an outstanding job. From my first consultation, he was kind, honest, and knowledgeable. He gave great feedback about my ethnicity and skin type, helping me choose what would look natural and beautiful for me. The results are incredible — I still look like myself ( 20 years younger), just refreshed and more confident. Even the day after surgery, I could already see the improvement in my neck. Dr. Ali Esmail has the gentlest bedside manner, and his staff are wonderful — always welcoming and professional. You don’t need to travel abroad to get excellent, safe, and natural results.
