They can't get your order, right
They had two combo meals in my order, and one of them was supposed to come with shrimp. When I arrived to pick up my order, they told me they didn’t have any shrimp. I spent time driving there and didn’t get what I wanted. They could’ve called me and let me know they were out of shrimp. The support in your app is useless — there are no live agents, and the bot is no help when you want to request a refund. I had to take chicken instead of shrimp… I didn’t get what I was expecting. And to top it all off, they even mixed up the sauces. On the other hand, if people can’t even check the receipt properly, what kind of service can you expect?
I placed an order based upon the promotion posted on the window of their restaurant location, long-story short, I was over priced for my order, the questions I kindly asked prior to my order and upon completion of my order weren't answered and they do not issue paper receipts because their machine doesn't work.. and some of the other staff commented on my ability to not be fluent in Spanish. I'm not trying to hate, I want people to keep their jobs, but they need to do better, this was bad.
Purchased a meal, walked 20 minutes home to find they didn't put my mashed potatoes in. Call their number 3x to see if I could walk back to get the rest of my order and they dont answer.
Today I was in the area of this Popeyes. Not only did it cost me more to get one chicken breast and no biscuit when I asked about it she says oh nobody does that. We all know that’s not correct. I really hate to see businesses gouging the neighborhood because they can, it’s very unfortunate. I paid $.25 more than I paid anywhere else. I’ve gone with the biscuit. I didn’t want to ask how much the biscuit was going to be. I recommend any other Popeyes chicken but this location. They are taking price gouging to a whole Nother level. And she did not want to give me a receipt when I asked for it. It took a while to get it.
