In the almost 2 years of going to this gym I never wrote a review until now that I’ve moved. Eddy is probably one of the best gym owners in Tampa. The front desk customer service is super friendly and caring about all members in and outside the gym. The place itself is a hidden gem an old school body building gym with a non judgmental attitude and supportive culture among peers. I made so many friends of all ages who genuinely care about me and stay in touch. Thank you for an awesome two years Eddy I’m continuing to meet my fitness goals and pushing through this autoimmune challenge. Take care guys! Love, V

Atmosphere is great, I love coming here and lifting. Owner is always nice and treats you like you have been a member forever.
Just moved to Tampa last month and found this absolute gem. Owner is an insanely cool guy, super friendly. The interior is very old-school feeling, and for me it really gets me in the heat of the moment. It makes me feel like I'm just there to lift some heavy ass weight, which I never got that vibe from a commercial gym. My only complaint is that there aren't enough seated hamstring curls there, only lying hamstring curls!
Best gym I have ever been to. 24 hour access with very high quality old school machines. There is never a time in the day when the gym is too packed, with so many equipment, even if it is packed there is still plenty to do. The gym is always updated on service and I’ve never seen a machine broken out of use for more than a day. Along with that, they recently had the pads on all benches replaced, even though they weren’t that worn down. Even though this gym has a plethora of equipment, there are still old school high quality machines being bought and added to the gym. This gym has everything you need and they still add new equipment frequently. Lastly, the cost of the gym is extremely affordable. I got a year membership for around $210 with a college student discount.
