Sergey, Greg and their team are seriously so amazing!! I found this place just going through reviews and I’m so glad I went with my gut. I previously took my car in for an estimate for the other side of my bumper and luckily held off cause my car got backed into after. I knew I could trust this place when Sergey gave me options to keep things affordable instead of trying to rack up a bill, so it was no question I was taking my car here for this mess. They made this process so smooth, worked with insurance directly, answered my emails so quickly throughout and were so kind to even give me a ride to pick up my rental. They make you feel safe and their work is beyond amazing!! I’ve had bad experiences with insurance recommended body shops so if you’re just a girl and need someone you can trust, visit these guys!! Thank you all!!
Sergey is FANTASTIC! I'm an odd case because he didn't actually work on my car, but was completely honest when giving me a quote for repairs (turned out the car was totaled, which I had expected, but wanted to confirm. Picture attached for reference). I have great respect for someone who is willing to be honest even to their detriment, he told me right off the bat that it probably wouldn't be worth saving, followed through with an evaluation anyway, gave full documentation for costs of parts and labor, and warned me in advance that the cost would most likely increase even more as he found more issues. Given that he already knew that buying another of that car would cost less and even suggested it, he knew he probably wasn't getting our business, didn't push, didn't try to smooth it over, just was dead honest and straightforward. He even helped my husband and I figure out next steps. Any vehicles that need work in the future will most definitely be going there! Thank you, sir!
I don’t even know where to start. I recently was side swiped on the entire passenger side of my truck and needed extensive repairs. As someone who’s worked in auto industry and seen some crappy work I was pretty unhappy my truck had been hit thinking it would never be the same again. I asked around about repair shops and I was referred to Sergey and Premier by a friend and wow was that the best referral I could ever ask for! I couldn’t be happier! This shop is amazing with fantastic communication and timelines. On top of that their color/paint matching is the best I’ve ever seen in this state. I used to be a mechanic and have seen some awful repairs and paint match, but this shop made my recently crashed truck come back to life like nothing happened! They matched the color, the oem orange peel, the oem rock texture and so much more. I will never using any other shop ever again. I’m a customer for life here.
I immediately had great customer service at Premium Automotive with Greg, not pushy, straight to the point & helpful. I only had liability on my mazda6 2017 & paid only $950 out of pocket for two new headlights & some work. I didn’t want a whole new bumper or fender. I already had bad hail damage so I wasn’t trying to make her pretty. I took an entire day off to walk into 7 different places to compare prices, shops, & reviews. The highest qoute I had was $3,500! Couldn’t believe how well they fixed it up & in only 2 days! Great teamwork & great service I will be back again for sure!
Working with Premium Automotive has been seamless from start to finish. The estimate process was super easy and Premium Automotive handled all of the back and forth with the insurance company. Somebody decided to hit and run my brand new Tesla but these folks brought back as if nothing happened. 10/10 recommend.
