My insurance paid them the first instalment in October 2025, its end of January and they have not yet given me a date or have not been sincere in answering my calls. They blame their boss and when I tired to call, his mailbox is full and he never picks up the calls. I want to withdraw my insurance money and move to some other company. My roof needs immediate care, but they do not understand the seriousness. Somebody help me!
They came out and inspected my roof. Came back with issues- Hail Damage, tiles are end of life, etc… so I said let’s talk to insurance to see what is covered and what is not. I need an estimate .i didn’t hear back from him for 30 days- he said the adjuster was sick.. who then showed up at my home unannounced while I was at work- didn’t make an appt.i let them continue, the next day i get a call from my insurance company saying the number for the roofer is disconnected- we have a claim for you and we need to come inspect with him, but we cannot get ahold of him. I had some wind damage, but the roof is ok and no hail damage.. I called and said where is the estimate- you were not suppose to move forward with out my approval- to top that off, they now are getting 20% of what they get from insurance… { over what you get for doing the job?}. Nope too many red flags- do not trust this company.
What can we say about Premium Roofing LLC, well let me start with they do great work!. Nia,Jorge, and Ricky took care of business the first day, calling insurance and getting the ball rolling was so easy with them around. The team was clean and professional with every step. We asked questions and they were quick to respond with answers. We ask for a class 3 shingle and they supplied. We would recommend this company and team to anyone and everyone without hesitation.
