Outstanding customer service! Special thanks to Terry for his no nonsense approach to selling and representing Priority Roofing. Special thanks to Albert, and Brenna for overseeing the insurance adjuster inspection, roof demo, and new roof installation. Their concern and attention to detail is genuine and greatly appreciated. Albert and crew trimmed some low hanging tree limbs and reinstalled my Christmas lights among other things! Our new roof complements our house colors and looks amazing! I recently had my roof replaced by Priority Roofing and the entire experience was smooth and professional from start to finish—thanks to Boston. Boston was knowledgeable, honest, and made the entire process easy to understand. He took the time to walk me through the different material options, explained what to expect during installation, and answered every question I had with patience. The crew did excellent work, completed the job on time, and left everything clean afterward. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the work and the service I received. Highly recommend asking for Boston if you’re looking for a stress-free roofing experience!
The experience was easy. Jasper handled everything. He was super helpful throughout the whole process. We wanted to wait a few months and called him back when we were ready and really appreciate Jasper’s patience. Once we got started he handled all the negotiating with our insurance USAA. We had some trouble getting a hold of our adjuster but Jasper made it happen. We love our new roof and even got a discount from our insurance after we got it. Can’t recommend Jasper enough. He was patient, well informed, communicative and really cared about us throughout the whole thing.
Jasper was very helpful and made the process easy. When he first knocked on my door I thought he was friendly and not pushy at all. Jasper helped take the stress out of doing the claim myself. I had no idea where to start and don’t know anything about roofing so Jasper’s expertise helped me feel confident in the process. We had a lot of things missing from the first estimate and he was able to get it added on. Jasper handled everything with the insurance for us and all we had to do was tell him when the adjuster was showing up and choose a shingle color. 5 stars highly recommend
