Absolutely wonderful team at the St. James location. Helped me to get my shoulder back in shape. Friendly and professional at the same time. Definitely would recommend if you need PT.
Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. They know when to take it easy on you when you’re doing too much and they know when to get you going when you can they know more about my body than I do. I love everybody there and I’m gonna be going back as soon as I get my procedure done at pain management. All the other patients are friendly. My wife passed away a year ago and I really didn’t have any friends but I do when I go there. I feel at home when I’m there. Can’t wait to get back.
This place is great! Everyone who works here is so kind and friendly and very helpful. I feel 100% better after only eight visits. I would recommend this place to anybody who needs physical therapy
I’m a long-time client at PT Link, having gone to them for PT following 4 separate surgeries over the last few years. It’s a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere (at the St James Club on Bancroft). The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. The staff has changed over time, but I’ve liked all of them. I also think they know what they’re doing with physical therapy! It’s frequently hard work, but the staff is supportive and the equipment is useful and helpful. I frequently recommend PT Link at the St James Club.
