My husband and I can’t say enough good things about Connor from Pure Plumbing! His timeliness (he was here in 20 minutes), friendliness, and helpful advice for the future was a welcome response after our water heater gave out suddenly and without warning, and on a holiday evening no less! His ability to tell us what had happened, how to help care for our new water heater, and effectively do a better job installing our new unit than the folks who had done so just before we bought our home (also our first)…this was nothing short of the best possible response given the near-catastrophe that had befallen us. Thank you so much Connor; we highly recommend Pure Plumbing & Air! ❤️
I am super grateful for Derek at pure plumbing and air! He literally saved the day! I needed to get my new washing machine installed. The installer told me the cold water valve in the laundry room was leaking. They had turned off the water and told me I needed to contact my plumber as they were unable to install my washer until the leak was fixed . I contacted the original plumbing company for my house and they told me they didn’t have any technicians available until tomorrow morning. UNACCEPTABLE. I told him it was an urgent situation and they basically wrote me off and said “ What do you want me to do? There’s no technicians available.” I was beyond frustrated. Luckily, the installer of the washer (Home Depot) recommended me to contact Pure plumbing. I called them and a nice representative Was able to schedule me the same day. I got a call from Nate who told me Derek will be my technician. He was here within 40 minutes. Derek was Amazing! He was courteous professional and Took his time to go over to make sure everything was in working order before he left. He took the time to explain things to me in regular human language instead of “ Shop talk” and made sure I understood what he was doing every step of the process. I was in such a panic, but Derek put my mind at ease. Although it wasn’t a quick fix, it could have been a lot worse. I am so grateful for Derek and his team! They understood the urgency and treated me with human kindness that I desperately needed. I am forever grateful and will 100% recommend this business to everyone. I have never had such a positive experience during the most frantic time of need. THANK YOU IS NOT ENOUGH. I truly appreciate your company for going above and beyond.
Pure Plumbing came through again. Water softener went out on us and had two other companies come out to give estimates. Pure Plumbing came in, Dave was the rep, and offered a better product and price. We even decided to add the filtration system, because he gave us a very reasonable price. Plus, with the 18 month interest free finance option, it made the decision easy. Thanks Dave for you professionalism and kindness.
Pure Plumbing & Air provided outstanding service in replacing my home's hot water heater on short notice, which I discovered was at its end of life from a growing leak in my garage. The phone rep Sheri who scheduled my appointment was professional, welcoming, but more importantly, empathetic to my situation and issues. She was able to get a technician out to my house the same day! Sheri also texted me afterwards to ask for feedback and was available for any follow-up questions. The technician who stopped by, Alex, was kind and knowledgeable. He immediately assessed the situation and determined that a full water heater replacement was needed to stop the leak as my water heater was already rusting. He showed a tiered pricing model, and I picked the most affordable replacement option. Thankfully, he already had the new water heater in his van, ready for installation. While doing the work, Alex allowed me to observe him on occasion so that I could learn how to fix small issues in the future and become more handy. He even replaced and refitted new pipes with his blowtorch and added new straps. Afterwards, he took my old water heater and left my garage in pristine condition. I showed the work to two plumbers over the next month and they both said that Alex did an excellent job and that everything was up to code and looked professional. The only items that were not replaced were the water heater pan and the gas vent since those were still in good condition. Several months later, I received a small gift from them in the mail as an appreciation for the business, which was a nice touch that shows that they want to continue building relationships with their customers. The only reason I have docked one star off my review wasn't because of the quality of the service, which was fantastic, but just because the service itself was much more costly than dedicated plumbing competitors. I'm assuming that since Pure Plumbing & Air has a larger team that works on multiple systems, including HVAC, their overhead costs are probably higher. Though I picked the most affordable replacement option at $2,500 for a 50 gallon Rheem Professional Classic atmospheric water heater, which was also on promotion for that month, the total price was noticeably more expensive than a quote from a dedicated plumber from a smaller company who stopped by the next day to fix a separate water pressure valve issue. He shared that he would have done the same job with the same brand and model for $1,650, inclusive of labor and materials. Alex also quoted me $750 for that same water pressure valve replacement, which he recommended should be replaced soon, but getting that second opinion saved me hundreds of dollars as Alex's quote was more than double the price compared to the dedicated plumber's quote of $350. So what I will say is that if you expect quality services and a courteous team, Pure Plumbing & Air is without a doubt a great company to consider, but their quality services do come at a premium price, so just be aware of how their services fit within your budget as you're shopping around. If I wasn't in a rush for a plumber due to a leak, I would likely have considered more vendors. Overall though, I do not regret selecting them for this job as the peace of mind that comes with the quality work Alex completed mostly makes up for the increase costs to me. Additionally, it's nice knowing that they're reliable when you need them quickly, and that can make all the difference in a home emergency.
Connor Arneson, Plumbing Technician with Pure Plumbing was fantastic! He was professional, quick, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. Even on a hot and humid summer Saturday, he showed up without hesitation and took care of everything we needed. His dedication and quality of work were impressive, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing the job was done right. Highly recommend Connor and Pure Plumbing!
