Matt gets 5 stars, great worker. Great person. It's hard to write a $400 Check when. You're on SS. However He stayed late 2 finish All of the problems with the water supply. overall, We are very pleased with Matt's service and Vegas Plumbing.
Called to get my kitchen/laundry drain snaked as we were having some minor backup. The plumber Matt showed up without a snake which seemed weird. It took him over 40min to go get one and come back after I passed on the much more expensive hydro jetting option. When he came back with the snake he was having trouble with it, and was talking to his helper about how they don't have any good snakes in the shop and that's why he doesn't keep one on his truck. He really didn't seem like he wanted to do the snake service and I was wishing they would have told me on the phone if its something they don't really do. So far (less than 24 hours later) it seems like the snake was effective but it wasn't an overall great experience which is a shame because I have used Vegas Valley Plumbing a couple times before to set toilets and those techs were great. I also asked for them to provide an estimate for water heater replacement as mine is out of warranty. Matt told me it might be under warranty still (its not) and I have not received an estimate. EDIT: Thank you for the reply I will try and find time to call and talk to your front desk. I already did call in the middle of my service when Matt was gone for almost an hour. I voiced my concern over him not having a snake with him when that is the service I called and booked. I also asked if he was new because he was claiming he had been here 6 times before when that was not the case. They told me he was great and had been there many years. I honestly wish I had just told them to not have him come back because the way he was talking the whole time he was doing the service was that he didn't want to be doing it. He also left a huge mess and blamed it on the bad snake not having a shield.
UPDATE- ALTHOUGH MY INITIAL RESPONSE WAS GLOWING: I had to revise my review because even though they quickly came out the very next day the 1st time they didn't get it right at least 3 times after that. Long story. To this day my hot water turns to the right : / NEW customer for life: From the moment I called with an emergency VEGAS VALLEY PLUMBING showed immediate concern & a truly stellar response time. The front office staff was informative and organized; I received *3* separate calls before the service representative even arrived! They decipheref the problem, schedule the earliest possible appointment, & then followed up with a confirmation call. This level of communication & organization along with their competency is what gives them 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐s. Isaac was the plumber who came to my home, he was the epitome of a professional. He was diligent, polite, & courteous, w/ a clean appearance & professional mannerisms. He kept the job site meticulously clean & ... most importantly, knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the issue. This is a RESPONSIBLE & ethical company that clearly knows how to run its front office. Because of my incredible experience, they are the only ones I will call for all my future plumbing needs. They have a customer for life.
can’t say enough good things about this company. From the first call to the final walkthrough, the experience was professional, quick, and stress-free. The technician showed up on time, diagnosed the issue immediately, and explained everything clearly before starting any work. The repair was done efficiently, the pricing was fair, and they left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I’ve used Vegas Valley Plumbing for a couple of smaller jobs before, but they just installed a new water heater for me. So nice, so professional, and so fast! They had quoted me the job more than 6 months ago, and with prices rising everywhere I figured they would need to adjust it (and I would have understood), but they honored the original quotes which was hundreds of dollars cheaper than other places. The people on the phone were so friendly, the financing was easy to set up. I am so appreciative as a single mom, and would definitely recommend them!
