Rabbit Hole Distillery, à Louisville, propose une visite moderne du bourbon guidée par un guide dynamique (David), avec des explications détaillées sur la distillation, le chargement des fûts et l'embouteillage. L'expérience comprend deux bars — à l'étage, pour des cocktails artisanaux et une vue sur l'horizon, et au rez-de-chaussée, avec des objets de collection. Such a great tour. David was a great tour guide with top shelf dad jokes. Definitely one of my favorite bourbon tours.
A wonderful tour! The boxergrail has always been my favorite (the boxergrail single barrel is absolutely a must). Don’t skip the cocktails at the bar upstairs! The gimlet is one of the best cocktails I have ever had. This is such a fun, tasty, and exciting tour
My very first bourbon tour! As someone who does not drink dark liquor OR having a drink “neat” this was definitely new for me! Our tour guide, David, was fantastic! All his jokes were a hit! I appreciated the detailed tour! I had a lovely time and would definitely be back! I learned how to drink bourbon and now I feel ready for next time. Highly recommend got a modern distillery experience! (Their cocktail bar/bar upstairs was great)
Excellent bar on the 3rd floor overlooking the city. The bartender was great, very friendly even though she was in the weeds. The best selection of limited release whiskey I have seen on the bourbon trail. They also had a cocktail flight that my wife loved.
I was seeking new experiences, and I found myself at a relatively new bourbon distillery. The tour was thoughtfully designed, featuring mini areas that offer a glimpse into the fascinating distillation process. We were fortunate to visit on a day when they were actually distilling—loading barrels, processing, and bottling right before our eyes. The distillery has two bars: one upstairs where they craft drinks and another downstairs filled with wonderful memorabilia. While the downstairs bar offers quick, pre-made drinks, I truly recommend heading upstairs. The view is lovely, and the atmosphere at the real bar is just wonderful. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely encourage others to take the tour. It's a delightful journey worth exploring!
