Can you imagine being on vacation in another country, on your third day, getting a message from your dog sitter that your bathroom is leaking water from the ceiling 😳 i can and it is horrifying. In a state of panic did a search on some neighborhood sites and found that brian from r d u plumbings name came up more than once. I text the number associated with his name and got a response within minutes. The very next day, first thing in the morning, clearing his schedule to fix with our emergent problem.While we were away. Communication was hard as we had limite service. Brian stayed in touch with us, was timely.His service was immaculate, he sent pictures and even mopped up.Wet spots on other floors to leave the place.Looking as good as new. Not to mention that pricing was reasonable i highly recommend r d u plumbing and brian
Air Experts HVAC technician Tyler was such a nice guy and answered all my questions and fixed the AC issue in our home during these hot summer months in NC in a short time and we had him here on the same day I called. Amazing!!! Most other companies I have used in the past would say sorry it’s going to be a few weeks until we can get someone out to you. Air Experts is beyond a quality company and their customer service is the best in the business in my opinion. I highly recommend this company.
I had an issue with my air conditioning not working, and Scott from Air Experts came out to take a look. He immediately identified the problem and quickly made the repair. On top of that, he noticed I hadn’t received my seasonal maintenance and took care of it on the spot. Scott was courteous, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. I truly appreciate his professionalism and thorough service. Thank you, Scott! Highly recommend Air Experts!
Eddie did a great job! He completed our annual plumbing maintenance and took the extra step to help us understand and fix the issue with our bathroom’s water flow. He showed up right on time, worked meticulously, and was incredibly courteous—even putting on shoe covers before coming in. Thank you for the excellent service!
I called Raleigh heating and air during a couple week span of 100°+ temps, so you know they were busy! It was a fan that had died within my condenser therefore I had no ac at all. The repairs were under warrant so it was a minimal (diagnosic) expense. What I appreciated here was the open and prompt communication from RH&A. They told me I’d hear before the tech showed up, they sent several confirming texts and followed through with the expectations they set. Once the tech arrived (Travis Webb) the service was great. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within minutes. Travis was kind and courteous! I would recommend RH&A to anyone!
