We have quite a bit of fine dining experience, so we can be really picky when we spend a few hundred on a Monday night dinner. I also make cocktails better than most places using real ingredients, no mixes. Service here is always excellent, which keeps us coming back. The food consistently good, but not the best you'll find for the money. The first Woodford reserve whiskey sour I had tonight was not great, just okay. The bartender obviously slapped it together using a premix. The second one was missing some basic ingredients, like simple syrup and orange bitters - no egg whites that I specifically asked for. Thankfully, our waiter, who also bartends, went and made my drink himself. It was perfect.
Our waiter Chris was awesome! It was our first visit and he was a great introduction to the restaurant. Hard part for me on steak restaurants and fine cuisine... I cook so much that I have to sometimes take my food opinion out of the mix. My rack of lamb special was very good. I took a little more than half of it home and repurposed it, building off of the delicious blueberry sauce. My husband's steak was perfectly cooked and he was extremely happy with his meal. This is an expensive restaurant! Definitely order your favorite things here because you want to get every penny of value! A good place if you really wanted to impress.
We came here for our anniversary, and we’re quite happy with our experience. The vibe is what you’d expect for a steakhouse and the quality of food matched it. We were very happy with our time here.
At this restaurant I had what was likely the most expensive salad I’ve ever had. I paid the price in spite of the fact it was exorbitant, because I was there to celebrate a birthday. For this price, the size of my salad was modest, and in all fairness, it wasn’t bad, but I can get a similar salad at their competitors for MUCH less. Several of us paid separately, and a member of our party unintentionally omitted the tip because presumably she believed the tip was already calculated into her ticket. The waiter essentially returned to ensure she included his tip on the ticket. I consider this very rude and unprofessional. I will not return to this restaurant and I do NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone else. You can literally eat at competitor steak houses for HALF the price of this restaurant.
Absolutely outstanding experience at The Ranch Steakhouse! From the moment we walked in, the elegant atmosphere and attentive service set the tone for a memorable evening. The highlight was the ribeye—perfectly seasoned, seared, and cooked to melt-in-your-mouth, medium rare perfection. Every bite was rich and flavorful, truly showcasing the quality of their Prime cuts. Sides like the au gratin potatoes and green beans almandine were delicious and generously portioned. If you’re looking for the best steak in Oklahoma City, especially the ribeye, this is the place. We celebrate every anniversary and birthday here!! Worth every penny—highly recommended!
