e booked RedShoe DJ Jamous Fames aka Soo Kim for our March 2026 wedding and we are so happy we did!! During the planning process, Soo was so helpful and responsive. He edited some of our songs to match the timing of our first dance and other performances. For any of our silly requests, he would indulge us and make it happen :) We had so many compliments at the end of the night regarding his live mixing and the playlist. As an emcee, he hit all of the marks (including some my family may have asked of him last minute lol) that we asked and matched the vibe just right! Additionally, amidst pre-wedding panic, I asked RedShoe for some tips in terms of sound and layout for my venue. Ian spoke with me personally about my questions! We actually ended up going with the layout he recommended to maximize seating and sound :) it was perfect. Highly recommend Soo and RedShoe for your upcoming events!!

We had Soo (Jamous Fames) DJ our dinner, reception, and afterparty at our wedding. And he is truly amazing!! He took the time to truly understand our music tastes and, more importantly, the different vibes we wanted for each moment of our wedding. He crafted an incredible playlist that kept the energy high all night long. His ability to read the room and strike the perfect balance was remarkable. For our reception, we wanted music that appealed to a wide range of ages without falling back on the usual overplayed songs. He nailed it—everyone was on the dance floor having a great time, and not a single corny track in sight. Then for our afterparty, we asked for a playlist that felt like we’d been transported to a Vegas nightclub, and he delivered exactly that. Our guests have told us repeatedly that it was the best wedding party they’ve ever attended, and we owe so much of that to Soo. We can’t thank him and RedShoe enough for creating the perfect wedding dance party!

RedShoe and Manny (MS-1) were awesome! We recently hired them for our wedding in Ojai. Manny was a great emcee and DJ. He was super easy to talk to and made sure all our questions were answered leading up to our wedding day. One thing we would suggest is making sure everyone is on the same page about any 'must play' songs. That was the only small snag we ran into. Other than that, we would definitely suggest Red Shoe for any event!

RedShoe LA and DJ Soo (Jamous Fames) were absolutely incredible! We couldn't have asked for a better company to DJ our wedding and reception. DJ Soo was collaborative, communicative, and offered suggestions for every part of the big day. It was so easy to book and I felt so confident that I didn't have to worry about the music or MC services at all on the wedding day. DJ Soo did live mixing during the reception which made it feel like a real club vibe and he was so great at reading the vibe of the room and matching the music. He was truly a part of the party while also orchestrating it! Can't recommend enough! If you want reliable, amazing music for your wedding and reception, RedShoe LA is the one to go with.
