I’ve been a member for some time now, and I was disappointed to find out the manager recently fired the esthetician. I couldn’t help but notice he fired the lead representative a few months before the esthetician, and both of these individuals were high-performing, Hispanic women. The manager seems a lot more tolerant to the lack of effort made by the male employees. I no longer feel comfortable supporting this studio and I encourage others to find a wellness facility that treats all of its employees fairly.
I had an amazing experience at this sauna and cryotherapy center! The service was exceptional, with the staff paying close attention to every detail to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I especially appreciated that they didn't pressure me into a membership, which made the visit feel relaxed and welcoming. They did have a good special holiday package too!!! The complimentary parking was also a huge bonus, making it so convenient to get there and enjoy my session. Overall, a top-notch facility that I would highly recommend!
This place is a picture of self care!I really enjoyed my IV infusion and leg compression..A day later you really feel energized..I will return..Oh yeah I used FSA!
Excellent experience from beginning to end the staff was very informative and friendly. They made me feel at ease and every point of the interaction. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, calmer, and ready to take on the day. Thanks yall!
It was my very first time doing Cryo therapy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I have an injured spine and chronic nerve pain. With a healthy diet and exercise I can go months with no pain but some days it just exacerbate out of nowhere. I came and I decided to do the compression therapy after the Cryo because I actually enjoyed it and I just had to try something else especially since I was in pain. It relieved the pain! At least for those 45 min I spent there. I will continue going… see what happens. ☺️ And yes, I totally recommend this place!
