Phenomenal experience here. I am new to med spas and the front desk got me booked quickly and made the whole experience very approachable. I was lucky enough to get scheduled with Amanda who was welcoming, warm, extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond with my service. She took into account my skin concerns and used products that agreed with my sensitive skin. She showed me areas of my skin that need attention and gave me personalized skincare recommendations going forward. She spent so much more time and effort on me than she needed to, and was beyond kind throughout. Needless to say I became a member immediately.
AMAZING!!!! Aileen was so thorough, gentle, professional, meticulous and got so excited for me as she was seeing the results! It was my first appointment ever and the minute I walked through the door i felt so welcomed!! Everyone was so nice! Aileen thank you for making me look bright, young and not tired!! I love it!!!!!! I cannot recommend Jessica enough!! She is an incredibly skilled injector…she makes every visit feel comfortable, personalized, and professional. From the moment you meet her, she takes the time to listen to your goals and ensures you leave looking and feeling your absolute best. Her attention to detail and expertise in facial aesthetics is unmatched. She truly knows how to enhance your natural beauty….. When I first arrived, customer service was warm and welcoming, and I felt optimistic. However, that quickly shifted after meeting with a representative. Instead of simply listening to my needs, I felt pressured into considering higher-priced services I didn’t ask for. It gave off more of a sales pitch than a genuine consultation, which was disappointing. After my initial service, I scheduled an additional appointment and was told it was confirmed. Shortly after leaving, I received a text stating I needed to pay to keep that appointment, something I’ve never been required to do at a med spa. Feeling uneasy, I locked my card. Not long after, I received a message that an unauthorized attempt had been made to charge my card, and since the charge failed, my appointment was canceled. At that point, I was no longer interested in returning. A week later, I unexpectedly received another text confirming me for an appointment I never scheduled, along with a warning that I’d be charged a cancellation fee if I didn’t cancel. That was not only frustrating, but also concerning from a business practice standpoint. Overall, the experience felt less about client care and more about aggressive sales tactics and unnecessary pressure. For a med spa, where trust and professionalism should come first, this approach left a very negative impression
