I was a subscribed member of Rich's for over a year. Somehow, after the first few months of my subscription, they attached my credit card to someone else's account and billed me 2x per month for 11 months. Once I realized what was happening, I called their office and explained the situation. I was eventually told that they would only refund me $40 for 2 months of charges. That was unacceptable, so I requested to speak to a Supervisor (Katie). She never called me or contacted me in any way, even after I called asking for her 4 or more times. Eventually I had to cancel my premium membership ($45/month). You would think business owners / managers could do basic math and realize that refunding someone $250 is worth it if it means keeping that customer who pays you $540/year for your service.
I absolutely love this car wash! I’ve been coming here since it first opened and it’s my #1 “Go To” car wash in Gentilly! I love the fact on Monday’s you get a buy 1 get 1 free 🆓 wash and who doesn’t love free! I like when they give you brand new car fresheners and it’s never a long wait to get in and out! There’s lots of spaces for people to vacuum out their cars and the vacuums are strong! 💪🏽 I highly recommend this car wash!
It's the little details that make this my favorite car wash ever. Besides the great outside wash, customers are given a thick, good quality cloth to clean the inside of their vehicle. Monthly customers also receive an air freshener - I absolutely love the smell! Vacuums are free with car wash, and my favorite part of this is that they provide compressed air pressure to clean out the vents, etc. Best thing ever! And to top off the great experience, the employees are helpful and professional. Highly recommend!!
I Paid $20 today (06/16/23)for the best wash, which was not worth it. Before I ran my car through the car wash, I had bug residue on my front, so I pre-brush the front of my car at the complementary bug wash station. After I ran my car through the car wash, the bug residue was still on my car. I told one of the workers there about it, and he let me run my car through the car wash the 2nd time around; at no charge. However, My car still had a lot of bug residue even after the 2nd wash. I wasted my money!!!! I won't ever go to this carwash again.
