I went to have links removed from my watches and the assistant manager, Bleu Teague, took care of it no questions asked. I'll definitely be back to purchase a watch from them in the future.

Horrible customer service! At the oak park mall location in Overland Park KS! My 14 year old purchased a bracelet which was too small for me to fit! I went to return the bracelet! I was never offered to look around and see if I liked something else! I was asked for the card that was used to make the purchase! She (lady in the store) never looked at the receipt I advised the bracelet was paid for in cash! She then told me a corporate check had to be issued! $350 purchase there is no way a jewelry store did. It have that amount of cash at the end of business on a Saturday! Or maybe not based on the rudeness and energy in the store. My 13 year old now will have to pay to cash a check as she has not been set up with a bank account and they wouldn’t change the name from my daughters name into an adults name to prevent having to pay to cash a check for a minor! If she paid in cash she should have been given cash not issued a check! I believe it has to do with the color of my skin! I hate to say that but the energy and effort was not made comfortable nor friendly at all! It was more like what are you doing here and what do you want ? I will never shop there! My store of choice is KAY JEWELRY! Always a pleasant welcoming experience!
Riddle’s is amazing, definitely recommend! I had my wedding band custom made there because my engagement ring is an odd shape and they did not disappoint. Bleu was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about the process and was great with communication when my ring got delayed. Again I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed!
Such a wonderful experience at Riddles Jewelry in Oak Park Mall! They were so kind to clean my jewelry and help us out to make selections! Will be back for all my jewelry needs!
