I wanted to come on here to specifically give an awesome review about Jeanny at the Overland Park location. I went in for a routine ring cleaning. She immediately noticed that my bands were misaligned when put together, needed to be tightened, and noticed that the platinum band had warped when it shouldn’t have been. She was the first employee to recommend sizing down 0.25 to prevent the band from warping again in the future. It’s happened at least twice since the purchase, so I’m excited to see if her idea works to prevent it going forward! We didn’t end up purchasing anything else, but wanted to give her a shoutout because she took the time to help us when she could’ve been making a sale elsewhere in the store. We had a great customer experience with her and happy we purchased my wedding ring through Shaneco!
My husband and I visited Shane Co to purchase a new wedding set after 17 years of marriage (as an early Christmas gift). I really wasn’t sure what I wanted and had never designed a ring before, but everyone was kind and patient. It was our first time shopping at Shane Co but it definitely won’t be the last! The hospitality and customer service is unmatched.
We worked with Tera Garrison. She immediately greeted us with smiles and warmth. We told her about our story and what we were looking for in an engagement ring. She allowed us to look at options and take our time to find the ring that was the perfect match. She made the process so seamless and so fun. Tera thank you for helping me find my dream ring!!!!!
Two nights ago, I lost a cross necklace that I had worn for years. Luckily, the team at Shane Co, especially Abby, was incredibly kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me find a new cross necklace that I loved, checking the back multiple times to see if they had it in white gold or silver. On top of that, I had a hard time getting my old necklace off, and she was so patient and helpful throughout the process. When it came down to choosing between two options, Abby was honest and gave her genuine input, which I really appreciated. I went in just planning to replace a necklace but ended up walking out with both a new necklace and a bracelet, and more importantly, a real sense of family and care from the people there. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future to buy more jewelry and to get pieces engraved to match my grandparents’ handwriting who have passed away. Abby truly made the experience special.
Tera was INCREDIBLE! She was always smiling and joking with us throughout the entire visit. Constantly running back to grab more jewelry and stones for us to try. Such a beautiful soul inside and out. I always recommend Shane Co and now I’m be recommending for everyone to ask for Tear. Outstanding customer service! Love love love. Thank you so much Tera!
