I went to Ringmaster Jewelers to get a necklace repaired. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Rachel was able to help me process my request and made my pickup very easy! She made sure to package my necklace in a way that it would not be tangled. I appreciated her attention to detail!
The professionalism and talent of the folks at RingMaster is unparalleled. Truly. Jeremy did such a a fantastic job with my custom ring, and was incredible with both the design (which belongs in a museum) and communication along the way. Reynolda Gardens/ Village is a very special place to my now fiancée and I, so I wanted to have her engagement ring made at Ringmaster. The process of designing the custom tulip style setting and selecting the diamond was absolutely flawless, the pricing is very fair, and Jeremy has been excellent to work with from initial email inquiry to resizing after the proposal. Highly recommend this shop for any and all jewelry needs!
We cannot say enough kind things about this establishment and the wonderful individuals who work there. 4 months ago we went in to try on rings, led by Zoe. Through the process we figured out that custom was the way to go! We then met with Jeremy and had a wonderful experience learning about how to create and custom ring and how we can make sure it is exactly to our liking. Well, last weekend, I finally got it!!! We would recommend this jeweler to EVERYONE over and over again. We always felt so welcome, never a burden. We cant wait to go back and finalize our wedding bands!
We had the best experience with Ring Masters Jewelers! My husband and I worked with Jeremy to design the engagement ring of my dreams. He even helped pull a little prank so my husband could manage a surprise proposal 😊. Every employee is extremely knowledgeable and kind. They helped us pick out our wedding bands and engrave my husbands exactly how we wanted. They held onto our wedding bands until a few days before our wedding and had each polished to perfection. Every time I walk in, they polish my engagement ring for me. We have enjoyed working with Ring Masters Jewelers so much! Thank you all!
