I have always had a great experience at R&R !! Everyone there is pleasant, humorous even in a time it was hard to smile, and dedicated to finding a solution that best fits and is affordable I have always felt heard, respected and know I’m leaving better than I arrived. It took a little while longer than I expected to receive my tires but after I got the call for my tires to be installed, I watched them from outside the bay as they replaced my tires and asked if I wanted them or have them disposed of, well they weren’t shot yet so I kept them for extra in case I need a spare. The guy who did my tires were very professional and took care of me. One of the guys pointed out a problem with my lug nuts and said he recommended them replaced and did that. I am very impressed with the work they have done.

UPDATE: After almost two weeks of back and forth phone tag and emails with these absolute fools, they said they are unable to help with the damage that they caused to my car. Avoid at all costs and don't trust these people at all with you vehicle. They responded in a way here on Google that makes it look like they care but they don't! They never "made it right" in any way as they stated in their lie below. Original review below: Went here to purchase some wheels. The wheels ended up not fitting. However that wasn't the issue. I came back into my car to find that they had damaged my steering wheel in numerous places, and my TPMS light was on. When confronted they acted like it didnt happen there and they had no responsibility for the damage. Avoid at all cost.
Very nice people in the office. But in my opinion it took absolutely way too long to get done what I had done. Spent 3 hours there with my expedition drove home to get my car and spent another 2-2.5 hours there to simply swap out wheels. I worked in the industry for 15 years and I have never seen it take that long. Yes there were a few customers in between but should have only been there 2-3 hours tops with both my vehicles.
