received a watch ( i declined service because they wanted to fix things they didnt have to) in pieces. They disassembled it and didnt even re-assemble when sending back. i called multiple times and they said they wouldnt do that and wont do anything about it. rolex when you respond to this review and say i can call your customer service dont bother since you guys still wont do anything even when i call that number

NOTE: The reply from Rolex below my review is intentionally misleading. The issue has NOT been resolved. Rolex simply confirmed that we were given the quoted pricing but still refuses to honor it. Beware of Bait and Switch Practices. We called Rolex in Dallas to get an estimate for cleaning and polishing two Rolex watches. The watches work flawlessly. Fatima Dejesus quoted us between $200–$300 per watch. We shipped the watches, but after several days of silence—and two unanswered emails—we had to call. Joe Guthrie then promised to send the estimate immediately. To our surprise, the quote came back at over $2,094—nearly ten times the original price. Both estimates included an $800 and $850 “overhaul” fee in addition to the basic cleaning and polish we requested. When we called for clarification, we were told they would not perform a simple cleaning and polish without forcing the overhaul. No reason for an overhaul, the watches work flawlessly. We declined and asked that the watches be returned. We’ll see how long that process takes. This is unethical and misleading. What began as a reasonable service request turned into a classic bait-and-switch. Customers should be aware before trusting this location with their timepieces.

Reference Art Fierro’s review: The unethical behavior continues at Rolex. Their written response gives the impression that this matter has been resolved—nothing could be further from the truth. We received a call from Sheryl at the Dallas Rolex Service Center. During that conversation, she admitted she had listened to the original call with their representative and confirmed that the quoted price was indeed $200–$300 per watch. Yet, despite acknowledging this, Rolex refused to honor the original quote. This only reinforces our experience: a company unwilling to stand by its own words and practices. Customers should be aware that what begins as a reasonable service inquiry may quickly turn into an expensive and misleading process. Rolex Dallas continues to demonstrate unethical business practices.

Great experience with Dallas RSC! I had many questions and customer service was extremely friendly and helpful. Sent in my Datejust 36 for a service and dial swap from black to blue. Watch came back three weeks later looking like new and running like a top with at rate of +1 second per day.

Very professional and communicative. Not inexpensive but you can be assured you will receive factory certified Rolex parts and excellent service. Even have swiss chocolates in the lobby! You can drop off and pick up your watch to save on postage if you are going to be in Dallas. My 25 y/o Rolex Oyster looks brand new and is keeping perfect time.
