So disappointed to leave a 1 star review which I never do, but considering we didn't even finish our meal, I feel its warranted. The amount of grease literally dripping off the food made it gross. You can see the grease pooled in the container of the wrap and literally dripping off it. (And we dined in, this is not after a drive home) and the wonton nachos were covered in grease as well. Just an unbelievable amount of grease. That was our main issue and why we didn't even eat half of it, even though a wrap, nachos and 1 drink was over $40 before tip. Also, we thought the portions were a bit ridiculous. Who cares if its a ton of food if it's not good.
We got the California Burrito, the Quesabirria Burrito, the Green Chile Cheese Curds, the Jalapeño Popper Spring Rolls, and the Watermelon Agua Fresca. Everything we ordered was delicious!! The burritos are HUGE. We're from Texas and we've certainly seen some big burritos in our travels, and I'll say these can definitely be split between two people or half saved for later. The poppers were my favorite. They were spicy without being overwhelming and the blackberry jam for dipping was absolutely delightful. The cheese curds were some of the best flavored curds I've tried so far, and I'll admit I'm not a huge curd fan! The atmosphere was super chill and the customer service was top! Will definitely be returning!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ROLL UP I’ve been to Roll Up four times now, and this is the first time I’ve even managed to take a picture because the food disappears too fast! My first visit, I had the bacon, egg, and cheese egg roll—cooked to perfection. Since then, I’ve been hooked on their carne asada street tacos, always tender and flavorful. Today I tried the miniature churros and they were incredible: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the perfect bite size. Their aqua frescas are delicious and very affordable, and my daughter loved her cotton candy lemonade with strawberry boba. Roll Up is quickly becoming my favorite local spot, and there’s still so much on the menu I can’t wait to try!
The hot honey chicken croissant is *chef’s kiss* sooo gooood! And the fried egg was cooked perfectly Our food came out fast even though it was very busy on a Sunday afternoon.
Roll Up - Just drive on up and hop into the shop and order from the counter. Then they brought out or food promptly. They have a pot of coffee on and fountain drinks as well as some Jarrito’s and other drinks in a cooler. They do serve alcohol but we did not partake. Vibe is totally cool with neon spray paint outside and inside. This place is in a refurbished/old gas station. I love that they got a place that was not being used instead of building a new place. Place was clean and had a diner feel. They went from being a food truck to opening up this location. We ordered the following: Monte Cristo - came with really great home fries English Muffin with egg, bacon, cheese - also came with cream cheese Bacon, Egg, Cheese, Croissant Biscuits and Gravy - had fried eggs on it Finished it off with Churro French toast that we put honey on - amazing. Everything was prepared very well. It all came in to go containers so it was easy to take with us. The employees were very friendly and nice! This has been placed in my “rotation” for breakfast locations and we will definitely try to hit it again for lunch. Our total spend with tip was about $75 for all this food and a coffee and 2 Jarrito’s. Put this place on you “MUST TRY” list and let me know what you think!! Kudos to the team at Roll Up for successfully going from a food truck to a brick and mortar location.
